1、Own end-to-end development: structural design, performance validation and iterative optimization of DIN-rail terminal blocks.

2、Deploy DFMEA and reliability tools to identify and eliminate risks.

3、Deliver complete technical packages: BOM, 2D/3D drawings, test reports; build and maintain standards/spec libraries.

4、Drive cost-down through material/process optimization and lead VA/VE initiatives.

Job requirements:

1、5+ years developing electrical connectors; rail-terminal experience preferred.

2、Fluent in IEC/UL connector standards and proficient in SolidWorks/Creo.

3、Hands-on knowledge of injection molding, stamping and related costing.
